This is our first tour of Japanese hybrid factories in Poland. The weather is not very pleasant for a field research but Japanese researchers came in well prepared! We managed to get some benchmarking in URSUS factory in Lublin and a very nice welcome from local authorities. Due to weather we had to focus only on Poland and stick to 1 day - 1 company schedule.
